Miso Workshop: A Hands-On Culinary & Wellness Experience

Our Miso Workshop was a truly immersive experience, blending education, tradition, and hands-on learning. Led by N.D. Jeena Park and Rehab Assistant Miho Dimitrijevic, attendees explored the healing benefits of miso from both TCM and Naturopathic perspectives.

The workshop highlighted how this ancient fermented food supports gut health, digestion, and overall wellness—all within a fun, interactive environment. The hands-on portion was a true highlight, where participants got to mix, mash, and shape their own batches of miso to take home.

The room was filled with rich aromas, engaging discussions, and plenty of curiosity. Everyone left not only with their own jar of miso but also the knowledge and confidence to continue the fermentation journey at home.

A big thank you to everyone who attended! We look forward to hosting more interactive wellness workshops—stay tuned for what’s coming next.

Is Your Child Struggling with Big Emotions? Therapy Can Help!

Has your child been feeling anxious before tests, struggling with friendships, or experiencing frequent emotional meltdowns? These challenges can feel overwhelming—for both kids and parents—but the right support can make all the difference.

We’re excited to share that Ariette Hung, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), is now offering therapy for children ages 8 and up.

Ariette creates a safe and supportive space where kids can explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. Using techniques like Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, she helps kids work through anxiety, ADHD, family changes, self-esteem struggles, and more.

Early support can set the foundation for lifelong emotional resilience. If you’ve noticed changes in your child’s mood, behavior, or confidence, now is a great time to explore how therapy can help.

Ariette is now accepting new clients—book a free consultation today!

Blue Poppy Scar Ointment
Scars are a natural part of healing, but they don’t have to be a permanent reminder of injury or surgery. Whether you’re healing from surgery, a burn, or an injury, proper care can help reduce the appearance and thickness of scars.

Blue Poppy Scar Ointment is a traditional herbal remedy designed to soften hardened scar tissue, improve skin texture, and support natural healing. With ingredients like raw honey to nourish the skin, Chinese sumac gallnut to promote regeneration, and borneol to soothe irritation, this ointment is effective for both flat and raised scars.

Now available in our clinic! Ask our front desk how this time-tested formula can support your scar healing process.

As we welcome spring, we look forward to sharing more health tips, workshops, and wellness updates with you in the months ahead.

Wishing you a healthy and happy March!
