Bonnie Lam
Registered Psychotherapist
Bonnie has a Masters of Pastoral Studies with a Certificate in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care from Knox College, University of Toronto. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Bonnie offers a culturally informed eclectic therapeutic approach, that combines training in Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Emotionally Focused, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour (DBT) therapies. She has worked with diverse clients experiencing grief, trauma, addictions recovery, depression, PTSD and infant loss. Bonnie offers a compassionate and collaborative approach to meet clients where they are at and work at a pace that is safe and supportive.
