Anita is a Registered Massage Therapist with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Medical Physiology from the University of Waterloo. She began her career as a personal trainer, later transitioning into massage therapy to further support her clients’ recovery and well-being.
With a special passion for working with neurological patients, Anita finds deep fulfillment in seeing their progress and is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge in neuro-focused care. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to treatment and is dedicated to making each client feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Outside of the clinic, Anita leads an active lifestyle and enjoys snowboarding, tennis, and rock climbing. She also practices meditation and believes that mindfulness plays a vital role in both physical health and overall quality of life. Always eager to share her knowledge, Anita welcomes conversations about injury prevention, performance enhancement, and maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
