Motor Vehicle Accident Treatment-My Complete Balance Clinic

Should I get treatment after a car accident?

Were you recently in a car accident? Whether you were in a minor or major car accident, your body absorbs the trauma in visible and invisible ways. Some people experience tension or pain in the neck, shoulder or back, while other people experience headaches, loss of focus, anxiety or exhaustion. Some people may not feel the symptoms at first but develop a sudden pain or discomfort after a few weeks. Ignoring these symptoms at their onset can have long term consequences that may be difficult to intervene later on, which is why it is extremely important to receive immediate check-up from a health care provider who is familiar with traumas associated with motor vehicle accidents.

At Complete Balance, we provide a personalized individual treatment plan blending multiple disciplinary fields to give you a natural and holistic way of restoring your health. Additionally, our focus on preventative care will allow you to be equipped with the knowledge and tools to maintain your health even after your treatment plan is complete.

How does it work?

Ready to get started? Here are 3 simple steps!:

  1. You will first need to get a note of recommendation from your primary healthcare practitioner (e.g. family doctor) that details the types of therapies that they recommend you to receive at the clinic. This can include acupuncture treatments, massage therapy, physical therapy, and psychotherapy.
  2. Once the note is received, we can then book you for your assessment appointment with the right therapist. During this assessment appointment, the practitioner will be able to provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan, which will be submitted to your insurance company for approval.
  3. Once the treatment plan is approved by the insurance company, we can go ahead and book you for your follow-up appointments which will be conveniently billed to the insurer without you having to manually submit invoices or make payments.

(Please note that there may be individual differences in claim procedure depending on the type of accident and insurance plan). If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us!
