Currently, Ariette is accepting new patients in a hybrid format with both in-person availability and online twice a week.

The major areas of competence that Ariette works with include: Generalized anxiety, codependency, life transitions, academic/work stress, family-of-origin issues, relationship issues, peer relationship issues, mood disruptions, grief and loss. Utilizing primarily Emotion Focussed Individual Therapy (EFIT), Ariette's therapeutic style is also holistic and integrative, drawing from frameworks such as Narrative Therapy, Family Systems and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to assist people with maladaptive patterns of thinking and behaving so that they can be mentally healthier and feel secure. With consent, Ariette can also integrate and provide Christian faith-based counselling for patients that request it.

Outside of work, Ariette is an enthusiast of travel, reading, enjoying musical theatre and trying out new recipes and restaurants around the city.
