Meng-Yi manages the reception at Complete Balance. Although she is new to the team, she is excited to learn more about oriental medicinal practice and glad to be part of the team. She has a combination of 10+ years of experience in customer services and administration. She takes great care to maintain a clean and comfortable environment at the clinic. Meng-Yi is also a multi-certified eyelash artist. She grew up in Toronto and her family is Taiwanese. Her favourite past times include traveling and hanging out with her dogs.
