Rehab Assistant

Miho is an experienced Rehabilitation Assistant.As a graduate of OTA/PTA program at Humber college, her experiences include gentle, functional exercises for older adults and seniors, cognitive/physical activities for people with dementia.

Her speciality is in chronic musculoskeletal problems, dementia and ABI /concussion for both physical and mental aspects.Due to previous work experience at along term care facility, she is especially interestedin healthy aging and the possibilitiesthatTCM can offer.

At home, she supports her athletic sons to achieve their goals through ahealthy diet andexercises.
